Just heard that Prima at 1522 North Main in walnut Creek will be giving a free Halloween cocktail to any adult (21 and over) who shows up to the bar in costume, from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, October 31. So if you were thinking about wearing a costume to work, here's more incentive to do it. By the way, Prima was one of Diablo's award-winning restaurants in our current issue.
