Classic French Jazz at Chevalier Restaurant in Lafayette

Toe-tapping jazz with your foie gras? But, of course, and you need only head to Chevalier, the new Lafayette restaurant owned by Chef Philippe Chevalier. Every Wednesday between 7 and 10 p.m., Duo Gadjo plays classic French jazz. Known around these parts for their upbeat style and impressive musicianship, Duo Gadjo will have you transported to Paris in two four-beat measures.

While on your Parisian staycation, bon appetit! Some of you may remember Chevalier from La Salamandre in Danville, where he wowed diners as head chef.
